PACRA Notice of Transfer of Shares Form 18

What it's for

Companies Form 18 is the official PACRA form used to give notice of the transfer of shares in a registered company in Zambia. It records the transfer of shares from the existing shareholder (transferor) to the person acquiring them (transferee).

Who needs it

It is used when shareholders want to sell, transfer, or otherwise change ownership of company shares. The form captures details of the company, transferor, transferee and relevant beneficial owners, and must be signed by both the transferor and transferee. In simple terms: Anyone transferring ownership of shares in a Zambian registered company can use Companies Form 18 to formally notify PACRA of the share transfer.
