1. About FOMUGUIDE
FOMUGUIDE provides educational sample completed forms and general guidance only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Zambian government agency, school, council, or statutory body.
2. What You Receive
Each purchase gives you access to a downloadable sample/reference PDF sent to your WhatsApp number. These samples are intended to help you understand how to complete official forms correctly. They are not official forms, legal advice, or guaranteed to be accepted by any authority.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW/K). Payments are processed through DPO Pay and support Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, and card payments. All transactions must be completed before delivery.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, the sample PDF is sent to the WhatsApp number you provide during checkout. Delivery is usually within minutes, but may occasionally take longer due to network or provider issues.
5. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered only if the file was not delivered at all and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
6. Use of Information
We collect only the information needed to process your order and deliver your file: name, phone number, and email. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to complete payment and delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
FOMUGUIDE is not responsible for rejected applications, missed deadlines, or any loss resulting from reliance on our sample forms. You remain responsible for verifying requirements with the relevant authority before submission.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
